Who this fits.

We work with dealer principals, general managers, fixed-ops directors and the owners of other small businesses with the same shape: a lot of vendors, a lot of spreadsheets, and a few people who really run the place. Three kinds of operator get the most out of us.

The builder

You already have someone in the store writing scripts, running a local model on a spare machine, or automating in Sheets. They are good and they are alone.

We give that person a partner, a codebase and a plan. They stay the owner. We make them faster and we make it survive if they ever leave.

Usually ends up on: Weekly, co-development.

The customizer

You are tired of paying for tools shaped like somebody else's store. You want something that works the way your people work, and you want to pay less than the current stack to get it.

We consult first, then build and run it with you. You keep a perpetual license to what we build together at the rooftops you own.

Usually ends up on: Monthly to start, then Weekly when there is a specific process to build.

The turn-key buyer

You want AI in the building and you want it off your desk. You do not want to learn it, host it or babysit it, and you do not want customer data going out the door to get it.

We put the machine in your store, run it, patch it, update the models and meet with your team once a month.

Usually ends up on: Setup plus Monthly.

Signs you are ready

  • You can name the three processes in your store that waste the most time.
  • Someone on your team will show up to a standing meeting and own the follow-through.
  • You have been pitched AI tools and your gut said "not yet," but you are still curious.
  • You would rather own a machine than rent another login.
  • You care where customer data goes, and you have asked a vendor about it and not liked the answer.
  • Your best process lives in a spreadsheet someone built years ago and nobody wants to touch.
  • You want a person you can call, not a support queue.

Who we will tell to wait

We would rather say this here than on a call after you have spent an hour with us.

  • If nobody in the store will own it. AI tools that nobody is responsible for become shelfware fast. If there is no manager willing to be in the room, start with the free audit and the brief, and come back when there is.
  • If you want a finished product off a shelf today. A good part of what we build is in development or prototype stage, and we say so. If you need something shrink-wrapped this quarter, we will tell you.
  • If you want a big-bang rollout across the whole group at once. We start in one store, prove it, then expand to the rooftops you own. That is slower on paper and faster in practice.
