What we build, and where each piece really stands.
Vendors oversell. We would rather you know exactly what is running today, what is being built with a dealer right now, and what is still an idea on the whiteboard. Every tool below carries one of five labels.
Running Built In development Prototype Planned
Running today in our own business
Our sister company, Savvy Dealer, is a marketing agency that serves dealerships. These tools run there every day. They are the first things we bring into a store.
AI lead follow-up
Works inbound leads by email and keeps working them after the third touch, when most follow-up quietly stops. Hands the warm ones to a person.
AI chat and text
Answers website visitors in plain language, collects the lead, and knows when to stop and get a human.
Support ticket triage
Reads incoming support requests, sorts them, summarizes them and flags the ones that need a manager today.
Reporting dashboards
Pulls analytics, search and ad data into one page a manager will actually open, with the numbers that matter at the top.
AI search visibility scan
Checks how your store shows up when shoppers ask an AI assistant instead of a search engine, and what to fix.
Security sweeps
Routine scans of your websites and systems, with a written report your team can act on. We run these today.
Being built with dealers
Tooling aimed at the vendor bills that hurt the most. Each one is labeled with where it stands right now. Ask and we will show you. The process in your store that none of these cover is what the Weekly plan is for: we build it with you.
HR and time off
Requests, approvals and attendance in one place your managers actually open. A working tool that has not yet been installed in a dealership.
Service scheduling and dispatch
Built to replace a monthly scheduler bill. A working prototype exists. It is not yet running a live service drive, and we will not call it ready until it does.
Parts and labor estimating
We have the parts catalog data in hand. The tool that lets an advisor quote from it with less guesswork is being built on top of it.
Inventory sourcing radar
Watches the market for the units your store should be buying and flags them. In development, not yet feeding a buyer.
Warranty and repair order auditing
Aimed at missed labor, missed parts and claim problems before they cost you. This one is an idea we want to build with a fixed-ops director. Nothing is built yet.
What the labels mean
Running. In daily use in our own business or in a dealership. You can see it work.
Built. A working tool that has not yet been run inside a dealership. Ready to install.
In development. Being built now, usually with a specific store or a specific data set. Not ready to install.
Prototype. Exists and runs, but has not been through a live department. Expect rough edges.
Planned. An idea we intend to build and have not started. We list it so you can tell us if you want to be the store it gets built with.
Screenshots of our own tools will appear here as we add them. We do not use stock images of software we did not build.
Want to see one of these run?
Email Nick at nick@savvydealer.com and name the tool. If it is labeled Running or Built we will show it to you on a call.
