Legal.
Three things live on this page: the terms for using this website, the privacy notice for the audit request form, and the co-development online terms that our signed agreements point to. Plain language on purpose. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Website terms of use
This website is operated by Savvy AI Holdings, LLC ("Savvy AI", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company based in Land O' Lakes, Florida. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What the site is for
The site describes our services and lets you request a free audit. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer that binds either of us until a written agreement is signed. Prices and descriptions on the site can change, and the signed agreement controls if the two differ.
Our content
The text, design and code on this site belong to Savvy AI. You may read it, link to it and quote short passages with attribution. Please do not copy pages wholesale or present our material as your own.
Status labels and forward-looking statements
Where the site describes tools as "in development", "prototype" or "planned", that is a description of current status, not a promise of delivery dates or features. We update those labels as things change.
No warranty on the site itself
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is error-free or continuously available. To the extent the law allows, Savvy AI is not liable for losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the website itself will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, or the nearest federal district.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
Privacy notice
What we collect
If you fill out the audit request form, we collect what you type: your name, work email, phone number if you give it, your dealership or company name, and your message. That is all the form sends.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs (the page requested, the time, the IP address) for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
What we do with it
Form submissions go into our customer relationship system so a person can reply to you. We use the information to answer your request, schedule the audit, and follow up about it. We do not add you to a newsletter or a drip campaign, and we do not sell your information.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
Where it is stored
The site and our customer system run on Google Cloud in the United States. Our hosting and network providers process traffic on our behalf under their own terms.
Your choices

Dealership customer data
This notice covers this website. The handling of your dealership's customer data inside an engagement (what runs on the machine in your building, what, if anything, leaves it) is covered by the signed agreement and reviewed with you before anything is installed. Our systems are designed so that data stays in the store.
Co-development online terms
Our co-development agreements reference the online terms at this address. When final, this section will set out the standing terms that apply to every co-development engagement. The draft below is the plain-language shape of those terms.
1. Ownership of the software
Savvy AI owns the software, code, models, prompts and documentation created in a co-development engagement, including improvements that come from the dealer's input, except for the dealer's own pre-existing materials and the dealer's data.
2. The dealer's license
The dealer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software built together in that engagement at dealership locations the dealer owns or controls. The license continues after the engagement ends. It does not include the right to sell, sublicense or host the software for others.
3. Hardware
Hardware purchased for the engagement is bought at cost and is owned by the dealer. If the engagement ends, the hardware and the software installed on it stay with the dealer under the license in section 2.
4. Dealer data
The dealer's customer and business data remains the dealer's property. Systems are designed so that this data is processed on hardware in the dealer's building. Savvy AI will describe, before installation, what if anything is sent outside the building, and will not use dealer data to train models for other customers without written permission.
5. The dealer's people
Co-development means the dealer's staff participate in the build. Ideas, process knowledge and feedback they contribute become part of the software under section 1. Their employment, pay and management stay with the dealer.
6. Fees and notice
Fees, plan level and notice periods are stated in the signed agreement and on the pricing page at the time of signing. Plan changes take effect with a month's notice.
7. Support and status
Savvy AI maintains and updates the software for as long as the dealer is on a monthly plan. Tools described as in development, prototype or planned are provided as such, and dates are targets, not commitments.
8. Precedence
If these online terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
