Three ways to work with us.
Every engagement starts with the free audit. From there you pick how involved you want us to be: advice only, build it together, or install it and run it for you. Most stores move between these as the work changes.
1. AI and operations consulting
We sit with your managers and map how work actually moves through sales, service, parts and the office. Not the org chart. The real thing: who touches what, where it waits, what gets retyped three times, what lives in a spreadsheet someone built in 2019.
Then we tell you what to automate first, what to leave alone, and what your current vendors are charging you for that you could do yourself. You get a ranked plan in writing and a standing meeting to work it.
The people doing this have run a store. We speak gross, CSI, fixed ops and turn, and we know what a bad rollout costs you in morale on a Saturday.
What you get
- A written map of how work flows in your store today.
- A ranked plan: what to automate, in what order, and why.
- A read on your vendor stack and where the money is going.
- A standing working session, monthly or weekly.
Good fit when
You are curious about AI, have been pitched a dozen tools, and want someone on your side of the table before you buy anything.
2. Co-development
Your people know the process. We bring the engineering. We build the tool together, run it in your store, fix what breaks, and keep improving it. The person in your store who already lives in spreadsheets or writes the odd script becomes part of the build, not a bystander.
Here is how ownership works, in plain terms. Savvy AI owns the software. You keep a perpetual license to use what we build together at every rooftop you own. That license does not expire when the engagement ends. The hardware it runs on is yours outright.
We work this way because the tools get better when they are built in more than one store. Every dealer we build with benefits from what the others taught us. The lessons travel between stores. Each store's data is designed to stay in that store.
What you get
- Software shaped to how your store actually works.
- A perpetual license to use it at the rooftops you own.
- A weekly working session with the engineers building it.
- Improvements that keep coming as other stores push on the same tools.
Good fit when
You have a process that matters and no vendor does it right, and you have at least one person in the building who will own it with us.
Terms are on the legal page. The signed agreement governs.
3. On-prem managed AI
A dedicated AI machine goes into your building. It runs the models and the tools locally, behind a hardened gateway. We set it up, run it, patch it, and update the models as better ones come out. You and your team use it. We keep it healthy.
It is designed so your customer data stays in the store. Deal jackets, service history, phone numbers, the things privacy rules care about, are processed on a machine you own rather than sent to someone else's cloud. We will walk you through exactly what stays local and what, if anything, does not, before anything is installed.
You pay for the hardware at cost, a one-time setup fee, and a flat monthly number. If you stop working with us, the machine stays and keeps running what is on it.
What you get
- An AI machine in your building, spec'd for your store, bought at cost.
- Local models and a hardened gateway, set up and maintained by us.
- Our tools and agents running on it.
- Patches, model updates and a standing meeting, every month.
Good fit when
You want AI in the store, you want it off your desk, and you do not want customer data going out the door to get it.
Numbers are on the pricing page.
What every engagement has in common
It starts with the free audit
A 30-minute call, your tool list, and a written brief back. No charge, no obligation.
A real meeting, on a schedule
Monthly or weekly, with your managers in the room. That is where the work gets decided and reviewed.
Honest status on everything
We tell you what is running, what is in development and what is still an idea. See the list.
